Bittersweet

This head is about being happy and yet feeling something twisted.
About a smile that is sincere, but something else is underneath.
That feeling that everything is true at the same time.
That it is good… and also a little sad.

Bittersweet is about that mix. Not choosing between light or dark, but just letting everything be as it comes.
I made this when I was somewhere in between — between farewell and hope, between letting go and holding on.

The look is soft, the mouth cautiously relieved. But you feel that it is not without layers.
The head does not say much, but it is there.
Full of feeling, but without drama.

Sometimes it is just both.
