Duality of self

Duality of Self is about contradiction within yourself.
About being certain and yet doubting at the same time.
About being angry while also being hurt.
Not one version of yourself, but several at the same time — and they sometimes clash.

I recognize that feeling very strongly.
As if there are two parts in me that do not understand each other, but still have to continue together.
I wanted to show that. Not solve it. Just show that it is allowed to be there.

You don't have to choose yourself. You just are both.
